Hi, 

I'm a supplier and would like to create a new Topic on Innovation page to introduce my products and services to the Host, however, cannot find a way to do so. For some reason "Innovation" widget is red on Dashboard page and no tools to create a new Topic are available on Innovation Portal page (see attached screenshots).

Please advise how can I create a new Topic.
