Starting off 2020, the Market Dojo development team completed work on the long term project of adding Multi-Stage RFQs to our eSourcing tool, but were also working on a host of other functionality improvements that were asked for by our users.

Here are just some of the features we have released:

'My Events' View

From the main dashboard of Market Dojo, user now have the ability to limit the information being viewed to only their events.

New Exports

We have had a number of requests to add exporting to various pages of the system. This month two new downloads have been introduced; for the participant database and individual participant groups.

SIM Recycle Bin Enhancements

Notes can be added when deleting a participant from the SIM event
These notes are visible within the Recycle Bin
Users can also search for participants within the Recycle Bin

Easier Document Updating

To prevent the need to update all document links within the event brief and question descriptions, an option has been included against each document to update the file attached

Other Changes

We added some help text on various screens to make the system more intuitive
The create lots tab name was amended to include ‘RFQ’ or ‘Auction’ for clarity
Event Closure Date was added to the PowerBI report builder
Contract email reminders contain the contract name and a link to the associated page
