We're in to the Summer proper now, so we'll be looking to finish off our financial year 2019 with a flourish and hopefully some sun!
On those lines, June not only contained some big news, with the release of our contract management tool Contract Dojo, but we also continued to improve SIM and Market Dojo.

Contract Dojo was Released!

We finished the first release of Contract Dojo, our new contract management tool. It was the product of many months' work, and we are delighted to put it out for you to use.

Notes against Sourcing Events

To ensure that all information around an event can be stored in one place, we have added the ability to allocate a note against a participant or the event as a whole.




SIM Dojo Enhancements
  • A new 'Document Status' flag against participants to clarify any actions required 
  • Deadlines can be set against questionnaires to prompt participants to complete them before a given date
  • A Reference ID can be added against each participant to synchronise all systems
  • Hosts can now select whether the Participant or Event Owner receives emails about the supplier
  • Two new action areas to flag recent decisions and renewed documents



Other Changes

  • Market Dojo events that are in Current or Closed status can now be deleted.
  • Help Dojo has been updated with new guidance
  • Traditional Chinese was added as a translation option
