Later this week we are running a SIM workshop near our office in Stonehouse to discuss best practice, as well as how we can improve our tool.
This is just the first step in building a community around or products so users can seek guidance from others in procurement.
For those who are unable to attend, we’re keen to find out what issues you have faced when on-boarding suppliers, and if you’ve found ways to overcome these?
Some examples may include
- Suppliers unable to complete the on-boarding process because of their own internal resource limitations
- Difficulty adapting our current manual on-boarding process to an online automated process
- Don't have up to date information on current suppliers to invite them to the on-boarding process
