I am trying to add a questionnaire to a supplier. How can I do this?
Solution
In order to add a questionnaire to an existing supplier within your participant summary, you would need to action the following steps.
1. Navigate to the supplier you are trying to assign the new questionnaire to via the participant summary.
2. Once viewing the supplier, click on the "Decisions" tab.
3. Once you have opened the "Decisions" tab, you can then choose the option "Ask to complete" next to any of the questionnaires that are not yet assigned to this supplier.
4. After clicking "Ask to complete", a pop up will then appear asking you to confirm your decision. You can customise the message sent to your suppliers or leave the pre-filled message as is. The pop up should look something like this:
5. Once you are ready to assign the questionnaire, click "Confirm decision".
