Troubleshooting - All the scoring has been completed on my supplier, however they are still showing as 'Scoring in Progress'
What is the issue you're facing?
I have ensured all scoring for my supplier is complete but the status is still showing as scoring in progress. How can I try change the status on my own?
Solution
If you have completed all the scoring and the suppliers status is still showing as 'Scoring in Progress', first try to re-save the scores that have been input.
If you are not the only scorer you would need to ask that the other scorers also follow suit. Once this is done it should reset the request and push the status through.
If you are unable to score make sure that you are the nominated scorer meant to score that section.
