I would like to remove a questionniare from a supplier but still be able to see all the information they entered on that questionnaire. Is this possble to do?

To do this you can archive a questionnaire. This will remove it from the suppliers view, but you will still be able to see all of the suppliers previous responses to it. 

To archive a questionnaire go to your supplier record within Supplier Onboarding and go to the Decisions tab. 

Scroll down to the Questionniares section and to the right of the relevant questionniare you should see an Actions drop down. Click on this and then choose the Archive option and then click on OK when asked if you wish to proceed. 

Once archived you will see this banner appear across the top of the supplier.
