I have archived a questionnaire from a supplier but would like to unarchive this. How do I do this?

To un-archive a questionnaire go to your supplier record within Supplier Onboarding and go to the Decisions tab. 

Scroll down to the Questionniares section and to the right of the relevant questionniare you should see an Unarchive button. Click on this and then choose the Archive option and then click on OK when asked if you wish to proceed. 

Once unarchived you will see this banner appear across the top of the supplier.
