How do I award lots once my event has finished?

What is the issue you're facing?

My event has finished and I would like to award lots within the tool. How can I do this?

Solution

In order to award lots within the tool:
  1. Go to your event 
  2. Select the RFQ or Auction tab you wish to award lots for
  3. On the right hand side is an 'Award lots' button. Click on this

  1. For each lot choose which participant you would like to award the lot to and decide if you would like the lot included in the award notice. If you would like it included click on the tick on the right hand side. 
  2. Once have selected everything click on the Create Award Notice button


  1. This will then create a notice like below

  1. Enter the text for the notice and included any PO number as necessary and then click on Send Award Notice
