Can I change the assigned scorer on a supplier in Supplier Onboarding?

What is the problem you're facing?

I would like to change the scorer of one of my Supplier Onboarding participants, even after scoring has already begun. Is this something that I can do?

Solution

- Log into the Supplier Onboarding module.
- Navigate to the Participant Summary tab.
- Search for the supplier you wish to amend the scoring for and click into them.
- Go to the 'Supplier Details' tab.
- On the right hand side you will see the 'Assign Responsibility' section.
- In here you will see a Nominated Scorers section and a drop-down below this. 


- In that drop-down select the new scorer. 
- You will then be presented with this pop-up.


- If you're happy with your changes click on 'Confirm'.
- Upon clicking 'Confirm' the scorer will change and all of the existing scores will remain.
- You will also be able to see these changes in the audit history. 

* Note that you will not be able to change scorer where the questionnaire answers are locked.
