Changing your Super Host

What is the issue you're facing?

I need to transfer to my Superhost to a new user. How do I do this?

Solution

In order to change your Superhost you need to do the following:

  1. Log in to Market Dojo (https://secure.marketdojo.com/login) as the existing Superhost
  2. Once logged in browse to Admin > Host Permissions


  1. Search for your own Superhost user account and on the right click on the 'Edit' button


  1. You'll then be presented with the below screen. In the drop down select which user you would like to be the new Superhost. 

  1. Once the new user is selected click on the 'Transfer' button as highlighted below. 


  1. You'll be asked to confirm, if you are sure click on 'OK'


  1. Once completed you will see this message appear on the screen to tell you the transfer is complete
