How do I set my Supplier Onboarding event name? (Required)
What is the issue you're facing?
I am creating my Supplier Onboarding event and need to name it. How do I do this?
Solution
The first thing you’ll do when creating your onboarding process in the tool is add the event name.
This is important as this will be included in the email header when invitations to onboard are sent out to your suppliers.
It should therefore be clear and succinct, to encourage suppliers to open the email.
When you first start creating your Onboarding Event you will need to add a relevant event name in the box highlighted.
