How do I download my Advanced Lots so that can fill them out offline?

I have built my Advanced Lot but have a lot of data to input. Is there a way I can download a template to put this date into that I can then re-upload once I have filled it out?

Solution

Within the Advanced Lot itself you can download the Lot template to Excel.

This can be useful if you have a number of line items or columns that require some input from yourselves.

Top tip: Build your advanced lot table within the advanced lot, then download the template, make your additions within Excel then upload the lot template back into the advanced lot.

To download the lot template and upload the lot templates click the ‘Download Lot Template’ and ‘Upload Lot Template’ buttons within the advanced lot.

When the lot template is downloaded it will open in Excel, the Instructions page will give you guidance on how to use the template and the other tabs will be the lots that you have downloaded.
