What's the issue you're facing?
I have recieved an email telling me some of my documents have expired and I need to upload new documents. How do I do this?
Solution
If you have received an email informing you that you have expired documents, please click on the questionnaire link (see below) in the email you have received:
This will take you directly into the questionnaire where you have an expired document. Please upload new document and click submit to submit your new document. (follow steps 3-6 below)
If you are already logged into the tool, please follow the below steps on how to upload new document:
1) Click on the event link from your dashboard:
2) Now go onto the questionnaire where you have the expired document. This questionnaire will be visible with a 'red cross' next to it, as this indicates that the questionnaire is not complete / submitted.
3) Find the question which has an expired document:
4) Click on 'Drop files here to upload' and select the document you wish to upload / drag and drop file into this area:
5) Add expiry date
6) Submit questionnaire
