I have sent an invitation to a supplier and I'm not sure they've received it. How can I check if it's been delivered or if they've seen it?
Go to the Participants tab and find the participant you want to check and look at the Status column.
This shows if the participant has registered with Market Dojo, either prior to this Event or as part of this Event. It also shows if the participant has accepted or declined the event.
Before the invite is accepted, you will also see information to help you track a participant's progress. This information may include the status' below (note that not all mail systems will provide this information)
Delivered - Email has been delivered to the participant
Opened - Email has opened by the participant
Email Blocked - Email to the participant has been blocked. You should correct the email address or find another way to reach the participant.
Invalid Email - The email address has been rejected as incorrect.
*In the exmaple above we can see that:
Participant 1 has accepted the invite to the event.
Participant 2 is yet to accept.
Participant 3 has rejected the invitation.
