I would like to allow my suppliers to be able to edit their answers to questionnaires they have submitted prior to the questionnaire deadline. Is there a way to do this?
Solution
There is a setting which will allow suppliers to amend their answers to questionnaires, even if they have submitted them up until the deadline of the questionnaire.
This is a company level setting so will only be able to be amended by the superhost of your account or another user with the appropriate permissions.
- To amend this setting navigate to Admin > Sourcing Settings
- Scroll down to the setting 'Allow Participants to edit answers before deadline' and ensure that this is enabled.
- This will then allow your suppliers to edit their answers until the deadline.
