How can I contact my host in regards to an Onboarding Event?
What is the issue you're facing?
I would like to contact my host regarding an Event I have been invited to. How can I do this?
Solution
Here are some steps on how to do this.
Access the Event: Log in to your Market Dojo account and navigate to the specific event you wish to respond to.
Open the Messages tab: Within the event, locate and select the "Messages" tab (far right of the page). This section serves as the Message Board for the event and will allow the host to post messages to you and for you to direct message your host if need be.

Compose and Send a Message: Click on the option to create a new message, enter your subject and message content, and send it. The host will receive your message and can respond directly through the platform.

Once you have sent your message you will see a banner at the top to say your message has been sent and you will also see it in the messages thread.

Note : any messages you send to the host will be private, other participants cannot see your messages.
