How can I remove a questionnaire from a supplier?

Issue you are facing

I want to remove a questionnaire from a supplier. How can I do this?

Solution

In order to remove a questionnaire that has been assigned to a supplier you would need to do the following.
  1. Navigate to the supplier record via the Participant Summary.
  2. Click on to the "Decisions" tab.
  3. Within the questionnaires widget there will be a "Remove" icon next to the questionnaire you are able to remove.


Notes :

If the option to "Remove" is not available then it is because this questionnaire was assigned to this supplier via Auto-selection conditions.
If you still wish to remove the questionnaire from your supplier please consult your Superhost regarding the conditions and ask them to discuss the impact of this change with their account manager. If you are not sure who your Superhost or account manager are, please do contact Support@marketdojo.com and we will be able to direct you.
