How can I view all of the documents associated to a supplier?

I want to view all of the documents associated to a supplier within supplier Onboarding. How can I do this?

Solution

To view all of the documents associated with a suppliers submission in Onboarding you will need to follow the following steps.

1. Navigate to the participant summary within Onboarding and search for the supplier you wish to view.

2. Click on the supplier name that you wish to view and then click on the documents tab.

3. Here are listed all of the documents associated with this supplier.

Notes: Here you can see when the documents that were submitted, where they were submitted (documents tab or a specific questionnaire) and the size of the documents.
