How do I add a new document to a supplier?

Issue you are facing

I am trying to add a new document to a supplier. How can I do this?

Solution

In order to add a new document to a supplier within your Onboarding event you would need to follow the below process.

1. Navigate to the supplier record via the "Participant Summary".

2. Next, click on the documents tab whilst viewing that supplier.

3. Once you have landed on the documents tab, you will notice a purple button labelled "Add new document", click this to add your new document for this supplier.

Notes : Please note, by following the above steps you will be uploading a document to the specific supplier you are uploading onto the documents tab, only. Documents uploaded in this way will not be visible to other participants within your Onboarding process.
