How do I add expiry dates to document upload questions?

What is the issue you are facing?

I am trying to add expiry dates to document upload questions I have within my questionnaire. How can I do this?

Solution

Once you have created your questionnaire you may have document upload questions that will require expiry dates to be entered so that the supplier is reminded to renew them.

To do this follow the steps below.

1. Create your document upload question within your questionnaire. This is one of the question types you can select within your drop down whilst in the questionnaire builder menu.

2. Make sure the "include an expiry date" option is selected (if this box is ticked then the Participant must provide a date on which their answer expires. This is useful if, for example, they are providing a document which is only valid for a period of time).

3. Be sure to click save
