How do I change the suppliers language?

What is the issue you're facing?

I would like to amend the language that notifications go out to my supplier in. How do I do this?

Solution

By default the notifications will be sent out to suppliers in the language that they have setup on their profile. 
If however they do not yet have an account then the notification would be sent in English. 

It is possible to enforce languages for suppliers so that notifications will only be sent out in the enforced language. 
To do this you will need to:
  1. Go to Admin > Onboarding Settings. 
  2. Scroll down and there is a section called Enforce Participant Languages. 
  3. Here you have 2 options.
    1. Enable: Allows you to select an appropriate language for the supplier when adding them or when going in to manage them at a later date
    2. Required: Forces the selection of a language
  1. Once you have enabled this you can then manage the supplier language in 2 ways. 
  2. When inviting the supplier:
    1. When you get to the Participants tab you'll see a language option that you can pick from. 
      1. If you leave it on Select language it will default to English.
      2. If you have the setting above set to Required you will be forced to choose a language.

  1. When managing a supplier that has already been invited:
    1. Navigate to the supplier you would like to amend the language for
    2. Go to the Supplier Details tab
    3. You will then see a Language drop down which you can then amend.
