How do I contact Market Dojo support?

If you need to contact Support you have several options available to you. 

You can contact us via email, phone, submit a ticket via the portal or speak to us via Live Chat.

Live Chat

  1. To access Live Chat log into your Market Dojo account and in the bottom right and side of the screen you will see 'Help Dojo' as an option. Click on this.
  2. Expand the 'Contact Us' option. 
  3. Click on 'Chat to Market Dojo' support. 
  4. You can then fill out your name, email address and your query and then click on 'Start Chat' 





Submitting a ticket directly through the portal

  1. In order to submit a ticket directly via the portal, log in to your Market Dojo account and in the bottom right and side of the screen you will see 'Help Dojo' as an option. Click on this.
  2. At the bottom you will see an option to 'Submit a support ticket' option.
  3. Fill out your details such as subject, product name and description of the issue and then click on the 'Submit' button.
