What is the problem you're facing?

I want the AI assistant to create my event using one of my company's event templates. How do I do this?

For Hosts

1. Open the AI assistant from the header bar in Sourcing.

2. Ask it to create an event from a template, for example "Create an event from our IT hardware template". You can also ask "Which templates can I use?".
   

1. Admins can also use the AI Setting > Custom System Prompt to push users toward templates if they desire

3. If you are not sure which template to use, ask the assistant to suggest one. It uses your custom field values and your company's template selection rules if they exist.

4. Confirm the template and answer any questions, such as custom field values or whether to include the template's participants.

5. The assistant creates the event.

6. Open the new event and review it before inviting suppliers.
   

Please note:

• Participants are only copied if you ask, and never from global or example templates.

• Template suggestions only work when template rule selection and Sourcing custom fields are enabled for your company.

• AI in Sourcing must be enabled for your company.
