How do I delete a questionnaire?

What is the issue you're facing?

I want to delete a questionnaire in Onboarding. How do I do this?

Solution

To remove a questionnaire from Onboarding (SIM) there are a couple of things to consider.

1. Which of my suppliers will be affected by removing this questionnaire?
   
2. Do I want to delete the questionnaire as a whole or just remove it from the supplier?
   
3. Are there approval sets that are linked to this questionnaire?
   

We would always encourage you to speak with your account manager first before removing a questionnaire from Onboarding to insure it has minimal impact on your Onboarding process.

If you have double checked with your account manager and also are certain you wish to remove a questionnaire then this is how to do it.

*****Please be aware that this will delete all supplier responses to that questionnaire and will be unrecoverable.*******

1. First go to the overview tab of your Onboarding event and click "Return to Editing" (scroll to the base of the page and turn your attention to the bottom right of the page) to place the event into edit mode. 
   

1. Now that you are in "edit mode" and on the "settings" tab, you will be able to delete the respective questionnaire using the "Bin" icon.
   

1. After deleting the questionnaire you will be prompted with this pop up. This is a last resort to remind you of the consequences of removing a questionnaire without proper management of the event before doing so. It will remind you that "Once this questionnaire is deleted, it will not be possible to recover it, any participant answers will be removed".
