A supplier wishes to change their bid but can't. How can I allow them to place a new bid?
Solution
- Navigate to your event and go to the Participants tab
- Click on the relevant participant to open that supplier
- Open the RFQ tab and find the bid you want to remove
- Click on the red trash bin icon next to the relevant bid, your supplier can now resubmit their bid
Note(s) : You should also be able to do this for sealed events, however if you do not see this optiom please contact Market Dojo support.
