A supplier wishes to change their bid but can't. How can I allow them to place a new bid?

A supplier wishes to change their bid but can't. How can I allow them to place a new bid?

Solution

  1. Navigate to your event and go to the Participants tab
  2. Click on the relevant participant to open that supplier

  1. Open the RFQ tab and find the bid you want to remove
  2. Click on the red trash bin icon next to the relevant bid, your supplier can now resubmit their bid



Note(s) : You should also be able to do this for sealed events, however if you do not see this optiom please contact Market Dojo support.
