What is the problem you're facing?

I want to know which supplier answers need a closer look before I score them, and clear the AI flags once I have checked them. How do I do this?

Where the Flags Appear

When a supplier submits a Sourcing questionnaire, the Synergy Agent checks their text, date, numeric and choice answers (Yes/No, pick one and multiple choice). It flags answers that look incomplete, off-topic or contradictory, for example a 'Yes' that another answer contradicts, or the wrong number of options picked. An answer is not flagged just because it is unfavourable. Document uploads and table answers are not yet checked.

1. Open your event and go to the 'Questionnaires' tab.

2. Open the questionnaire's responses. If any answers are flagged, an orange banner reads 'AI analysis found one or more responses that might have problems.' and the header of each affected supplier's column turns orange.

1. Find the answers with a pale orange background and an orange '!' badge.
   

2. Click the '!' badge to read why the answer was flagged.
   

Dismissing a Flag

5. Once you have reviewed the answer, click 'Dismiss' in the explanation panel. The badge and highlight disappear straight away.

6. When the last flag for a supplier is dismissed, their column header returns to normal; when all flags are dismissed, the banner disappears.

• Only hosts who can edit the event can dismiss flags. View-only hosts and scorers can see flags but not dismiss them.

• A dismissed flag cannot be restored.

• If the supplier resubmits, all their answers are checked again and new flags replace the old ones.
