How do I review scores or weighted scores on a questionnaire?

I have a scored or a scored and weighted questionnaire that my scorers have now all scored. How can I review their scores and weightings?

Solution

To view the scores and weightings on a questionnaire firstly you will need to:
  1. Navigate to the event and then select the relevant questionnaire that you would like to review. 
  2. Once the questionnaire has loaded click on the Show Scores button

  1. This will then re-load the questionnaire in the scores view. 
  2. Here you can see scores and weightings as follows:
    1. Each question will have an average score assigned.
    2. Each section will have an average score assigned.
    3. If the questionnaire was weighted each section will also have an overall weighting assigned.
    4. At the very bottom there will also be sections for Total Score or Total Weighted Score. 
      1. Note that if not all assigned scorers have scored, then you will not see the overall scores or weightings until they have done so. 
  1. If you would like to see what your scorers have individually scored each question on a supplier you can do so by clicking on the suppliers name. 

  1. This will then load the page below where you can see the question, the participants answer and on the right hand side you can see what each scorer has scored. 
    1. If you see a speech bubble under a score this indicates that the scorer has left a comment that you can review. 

To view a different suppliers individual scores click on their name from the drop-down. 

  1. Once the deadline of the questionnaire has passed you can also see the scores and weightings in the Excel download. 
  2. To access this click on Export Report and choose This questionnaire and you will be emailed copy of the report. 

  1. On the Participant Summary tab you will be able to see the suppliers responses and your scorers scores for their questions. 


  1. On the Questionnaire Scores tab you will be able to see the overall scores/weighting for each section and for the questionnaire as a whole.
