How do I score a questionnaire in Supplier Onboarding?

What's the issue you're facing?

I've been asked to score a questionnaire withn the Supplier Onboarding module. How do I do this?

Solution

If you have been added as a scorer to a questionniare you will first be notified via an email notification.

1. This will look something like this:
   

1. Click on the second link to be taken to the questionniare that you've been asked to score.
   
2. You'll then be taken to the Actions tab of the supplier that you arequired to score. 
   
3. Click on the questionnaire tab/s to be taken to the questionnaires that you need to score. 

1. You'll then see each of the questions and the suppliers respnonses to those questions.
   

1. To score click on the Score button next to question you would like to score. 
   
2. You can then input your score and then click on Save. Note that the maximum score will be displayed when clicking score.
   
1. In the example below the maximum score is 10.
   
2. Additionally if you would like to add a comment to your score click on the speech bubble between the score and the Save button. 

1. Repeat this process until no questions remain that say Not Scored next to them. 
   

*Note that some questions you may not be able to score manually as these are automatically scored questions. For example a yes/no style question will have an autromatic score applied to it based on the scoring criteria that was setup for that question.
