I want to control whether supplier questionnaire answers are checked by AI. How do I do this?

Solution

AI answer checks are on by default for every company with Sourcing AI enabled. You do not need to do anything to start using them.

  1. Go to your company's 'AI Settings' page.

  2. Find 'Questionnaire response checks'.

  3. Use the 'Check questionnaire responses with AI' toggle to turn the checks on or off for your whole company.



Please note:

  • The toggle is greyed out when Sourcing AI is turned off for your company.

  • The setting applies to the whole company, not to individual users.

  • Only questionnaires submitted after the checks are turned on are checked.
