What is the problem you're facing?

I want AI to highlight questionnaire answers that may need my attention. How do I switch this on and see the results?

For Admins

1. Open the admin menu and go to AI Settings. You need the AI Settings admin permission.

2. Make sure Enable AI in Sourcing is switched on. If it is off, the next option is greyed out.

3. Under Questionnaire response checks, switch on Check questionnaire responses with AI.
   

For Hosts

1. Run your Sourcing event as normal. Answers are checked automatically when a participant submits a questionnaire.

2. Go to the questionnaire tab in your event to see participants' answers.

3. Answers that may need attention are highlighted and show a '!' (AI analysis) button.

4. Click the ! button to read why the answer was flagged.

5. Click Close when you are done. You can then message the participant or ask them to re-submit if needed.
   

• Only one-line text, paragraph text, date and numeric answers are checked.

• Answers are checked when the questionnaire is submitted, not while the participant is typing.

• This works in Sourcing questionnaires only, not Onboarding.

• For now, the AI does not score, reject or change answers. Participants do not see the flags.

For Participants

Nothing changes for participants. Complete and submit your questionnaire as normal.
