How do I view and send messages?

What's the problem I am facing?

I am trying to view and send messages to my host who has asked that I complete their Onboarding event. How can I do this?

Solution?

A host may have sent you a message within your Onboarding event. In order to view this open you Onboarding event and turn your attention to the right of the page. Here you will notice a tab labelled "Messages".

 
Once on the messages tab, note that there are a number of views/filters you can apply to manage your inbox on the right. Here you can select between "Bookmarked", "unread", "host" and "system" messages.

You can send messages via the "Send new message" function.

And you can see your message inbox directly below the "Send new message" function.


You can bookmark specific messages by clicking the star on the right of the message. Shown in the screenshot above (below the filters).
