How do I view documents that are part of the Supplier Onboarding event I have been invited to?

What is the issue you're facing?

I have been invited to a Supplier Onboarding event and would like to see all of the documents that are associated with the event. How can I do this?

Solution

When you have been invited to a Supplier Onboarding event the inviting company may have included links to documents in the event brief or within the descriptions of their questionnaires. You can also see all documents on an event on the Documents tab. 

Event Brief

  1. If a document has been linked in the event brief it may look something like this. 
    1. The host may have linked a document to a string of text or just input the link to the document directly. 
    2. Click on one of the hyperlinks and the document will download for you. 


Questions

  1. If a document has been linked as part of a question description it may look something like this.
    1. The host may have linked a document to a string of text or just input the link to the document directly.
    2. Click on one of the hyperlinks and the document will download for you. 

Documents Tab

If you cannot see the documents you need linked in the event brief or anywhere in any question descriptions you may be able to find the document in the Documents tab.
  1. To access this click on the Documents tab on the right hand side of your event.  
  1. You'll then see a page like the below.
  2. This will show you all of the documents that have been uploaded to the event by yourself, anyone else from your company that has been invited to the event and the host of the event. 
    1. Note that for documents you or your colleagues have uploaded it will detail on the right to which questionnaire you have uploaded them.
