How do I view my list of suppliers in Supplier Onboarding?
What is the issue you're facing?
I would like to see a list of suppliers that I have invited to Supplier Onboarding. How can I do this?
Solution
To view a list of your supplier in Supplier Onboarding you will need to log into the Market Dojo portal and then:
- Navigate to the Onboarding Module.
- Click on the Participant Summary tab.
- You'll then be able to see all of the suppliers that you have invited within this view.
- Note that if you don't see any suppliers listed or do not see all of the suppliers you are expecting to see it it likely that you do not have the relevant permissions assigned. To rectify this you would need to speak to the superhost of your account or someone with equivalent access to amend Onboarding Permissions.
