A new user has been added but I cannot see them

What is the issue you're facing?

A new user has been added but I cannot see them in Host Permissions or Onboarding Permissions.

Solution

When a new user signs up for a host account themselves you will need to add to approve them by adding them to default host group.

To do this:
  1. Go to the "Admin" drop down > click on "Host groups". You'll see the (default) host group as pictured below and if there are users that are not in the default host group you will see it shows a number of users as pending approval) 
  1. Click on the name of the host group to access it
  1. In the list on the right you will see all users that are a part of this host group.
  2. In the list on the left it will list all users. Any that display in bold are not currently part of the default host group.
  3. Scroll thorugh the list on the left and select the user you would like to add and then click on the Add button.
  4. Once you have added all of the required users click save and those users will now be a part of the default host group and be visibile under Host/Onboarding Permissions. 


Things to Note :

If you do not have access to the "Admin" drop down (top right) or access to the host groups then please contact your super host so that they can grant you edit access to the host groups for you to be able to amend this or send them this article so that they can do this for you.
