How do I add notes to a specific supplier on my event?

What is the issue you're facing?

I would like to add notes to a supplier in my event that are internally facing only. How can I do this?

Solution

In order to add notes to an a supplier in your event which will be internally facing only you can use the Notes tab. 
To do this:

  1. Navigate to your event and click into it
  2. Click on the Notes tab on the right hand side

  1. Click on the Add Note button

  1. In the Participant drop down change this to the relevant participant

  1. In the Title text field name your note
  2. In the body text field enter your note
  3. Click on Saves
  4. Congratulations. You have now added a note on the event that will only be visible to internal users. This will then look like this to internal users:
