I want to add or create a questionnaire within a Sourcing event. How do I do this?
Solution
There are multiple ways of adding or creating a questionnaire on a Sourcing event. These are outlined below.
Adding a questionnaire to a new event.
1. From the Dashboard, click on the "+ New Event" button.
2. You will then be presented with the "Settings" overview of the event, to add a brand new questionnaire you will need to select the option "Would you like a questionnaire?".
3. You will then be presented with the settings for that questionnaire, this includes the Title of your new questionnaire, its Deadline, whether you wish to make this questionnaire a Pre-Qualification questionnaire and if you would like it to have Scored or not.
4. Select the relevant options and then click on Save and go to next step at the bottom of the page.
Adding a questionnaire to an existing an event.
If you wish to add a questionnaire to an existing event there are a couple of scenarios you will need to be aware of.
A questionnaire can only be added provided the event has not surpassed the questionnaire phase.
What this means that if you have chosen to run an RFQ or Auction within your event already, you will not be able to add another questionnaire.
If however your event meets these requirements, the below steps are how you would add another questionnaire to your existing event.
1. Find and open the event you are looking to alter.
2. Scroll down to the base of the page and click on the "Edit" button.
3. Go to the Events Settings and you will notice below your last added questionnaire will be another check box option "Would you like another questionnaire?"
4. Check that option and then click on 'Save and go to next step' and you'll see a new questionnaire has been added.
