How to auto generate questions using AI

What's the issue you're facing?

I would like to know if it's possible to use AI to help me generate questions for my questionnaire. Is this possible?

Solution

Yes this is possible, however please note that this a feature that is still in BETA.

In order to use AI to generate questions for you you'll need to do the following:
  1. Create your questionnaire as you normally would
  2. Click onto the relevant questionnaire tab
  3. Click to create a new questionnaire as normal

  1. Now click on the Auto-generate questions button


  1. This will bring a new screen where you can specify what you would like our AI to create for you. In the text box describe what you would like or add in the questions that you would like to be created for you. 


  1. Click on the Generate button
  2. This will then take a few moments to automatically generate a question set based on the requirements that you entered


  1. Once these have been generated please check them carefully to ensure that they meet your requirements

  2. Add 10 RFP questions for "Enter Details" services
  3. I'm responsible for buying "Enter Details" for my company. What are 10 questions I could ask my suppliers to assess their capability?
  4. Add 5 types of "Enter Details" questions
