How to CC Collaborators into event correspondence
What's the issue you're facing?
I am trying to CC my Collaborators into my events correspondence. How do I do this?
Solution
1. To CC in collaborators you will first want to navigate to the Collaborators tab in your event and click on the "Edit" button in the bottom right of the page to activate "edit" mode.
2. You will then need to select the check box under the column "CC INTO EMAILS?" next to the collaborators name that you would like to enable correspondence.
3. Once you have selected all the users you wish to "CC" click "Save Changes" in the bottom right and exit "edit" mode.
Notes
If you do not have the option to edit the event this will be due to your permissions associated with that event. You will need to contact your Superhost or event owner to gain access to alter the event.
If you are on the collaborators tab and can't check the CC column, check that you are in "edit" mode. This option will grey out whilst not in edit mode.
