How to add or change scorers on a questionnaire

What is the issue you're facing?

I have created a questionnaire with some manually scored questions and I need to assign who the scorer/s will be. How can I do this?

Solution

When you are creating questionnaire which includes scored questions within the questionnaire you can assign who should score each question/section. 

To do so:
  1. Go to the relevant questionnaire tab
  2. At the top of the tab click on the Edit Scorers button

  1. By default this will show the scorer as the event owner

  1. To add a new scorer click on the +Add New Scorer button

  1. This will then append to the bottom of the screen with 3 options in the drop down. These are:
    1. Add scorer manually (Allows you to enter a single users email address
    1. Pick Group (Allows you to select an entire host group)
    1. Pick from Host Database (Allows you to select from your list of hosts

  1. Choose the relevant options and then click on Add. You'll then see that a second scorer has now been added. 

  1. In the example above both the user Super Host and Host 1 are set to be able to score every section. You can then choose which sections you would like each scorer to score. In the below example the user Super Host is only responsible for scoring Section 2, whilst the user Approver 1 is only responsible for scoring questions in Section 1, whereas both users are responsible for scoring questions in Section 3. 
    1. Note that where there are multiple scorers for a section the software will average their scores when all scores are complete.

  1. Once all scorers have been assigned click on the Done button
*Note that if you are doing this in a Sandpit event you will not see the Edit Scorers button. Only the host of the event will be able to score in Sandpit events.
