How to create a new custom Column within your Participant Summary using custom fields
What is the issue you're facing?
I am trying to add a new custom column to my Onboarding participant summary using an existing custom field. How can I do this?
Solution
To create a new custom column you will need to have made custom fields first. If you do not have access to create a custom field or to edit an existing field, please refer back to your Super Host so that they can assign you this access.
Once the custom field is created you will need to make sure that the option to display this is "on" under the Onboarding column and that the field is "Active". To edit a field, click on the blue pencil icon on the right of the field and click on the element you wish to edit.
Once these options are selected, click on the save icon (blue floppy disk) and you will now have a new custom column within your participant summary.
Note : If you do not have any data recorded on suppliers for this field the field wont show until there is data within this column for suppliers.
