How do I create a questionnaire from a template?

I want to create a questionnaire by importing a custom template. How do I do this?

Solution

To load a questionniare from a template navigate to the questionnaire tab and select the "Use Template" option. It should look something like this.

You will now be able to select a number of pre-set questionnaire templates that your business have provided or have access to.

Once you have selected the questionnaire from the drop down that you wish to use, click "Use Template" to finalise your choice.


This will then load the selected template including all sections and questions that made up that template.

If you do not have access to templates please contact your Super Host  or User with administrative access to your permissions so that they can assign you the relevant access.
