How to decline a suppliers answers to a questionnaire

I want to decline a suppliers answers to a questionnaire. How can I do this?

Solution

You have created an event with at least 1 questionnaire but some of the supplier who have answered have provided information which would disqualify them from your event. 

You can decline the suppliers answers once they have responded to the questionnaire by going to the questionnaire tab and clicking on the drop down below their response.

Your view may look something like this. e.g.

To decline the suppliers response, click on the drop down below the supplier (I have labelled the supplier as "Example").

From that drop down you can either, "allow a resub" (allow the supplier to resubmit a response).

OR

You can "Decline Answers".

Note : If you want to allow a supplier to resubmit a response, please make sure that the questionnaire you are allowing them to resubmit answers to has a deadline in the future. You can amend questionnaire deadlines in the "Settings" tab whilst the event is in "edit" mode.
