How do I extend the deadline of my questionnaire/s?

What is the issue you're facing?

I need to alter or extend deadlines of questionnaires within my event. How do I do this?

Solution

Please see the below steps on how to extend the deadline on your event:
  1. Firstly go onto the event where you wish to extend the deadline
  2. Once this opens you should be on the 'Overview' tab.
  3. On this page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Edit' button to put into edit mode


  1. Here you will then need to extend the deadline of the given questionnaire to a date/time in the future.



  1. Make the extensions you would like. Once you have done this scroll to the bottom and click on Save Changes



  1. The deadlines have now been extended and your participant(s) will now be able to access the activity and submit responses up until that new date and time.

Note : You cannot back date deadlines, they can only be in the future
