How do I see the history of a supplier in Supplier Onboarding?

What is the issue you're facing?

I would like to be able to see the history of what has happened with one of my suppliers in Onboarding (SIM), how can I do this?

Solution

  1. Log into your Market Dojo platform & go to "Onboarding".
  2. Navigate to the Participant Summary tab.
  3. Click on Filter and search for the participant you are looking to view.
  4. Select them and you will be taken to the Supplier Details tab.
  5. On the right hand side click on the 'History' button.

  1. You can also download the suppliers history into an Excel format by clicking on the download arrow icon.

*Note that for Approval and Decision history you will need to view the history on the respective tabs within the supplier.
