How do I proxy answer for my suppliers in Supplier Onboarding?

Whats the problem I am facing?:

I have a supplier who has asked that I complete their responses to the event for them. How can I do this?

Solution?:

  1. Log in to your Market Dojo account and navigate to the relevant event.
  2. From the event dashboard, go to the "Supplier Details" tab located on the left-hand side of the page.
  3. Scroll down to the "Questionnaires" section and locate the questionnaire that the supplier has asked you to complete.
  1. Click on the "Proxy answer" button located next to the questionnaire.
  2. Complete the questionnaire on behalf of the supplier and click on the "Submit" button when you are finished.
Note: When you proxy-answer on behalf of a supplier, the questionnaire will show a "P" at the top of the page with details of who submitted the answers. Please note that proxy-answered questionnaires will be marked as such, and the supplier will be notified that the host has proxy-answered on their behalf.

Can I answer for a supplier that has not yet registered or accepted the invitation?

Yes, you can! It is now possible to proxy answer for suppliers that have not yet registered or accepted the invitation.
An email will be sent to the supplier notifying them that the host has proxy-answered on their behalf.
