Why might I need to resend an invitation?
I have invited the wrong person to my event and need to resend an invitation to a new contact, how do I do this?
Sometimes on your event you may need to resend a supplier/participant a new invite email.
How to resend an invitation
1) First click onto the event where you wish to resend your invitation email:
2) Once you are on the event, please click on the 'Participants' tab:
3) Here you will see a list of the participants you have invited.
4) Please click on the participant that you wish to resend your invite email:
5) This will then bring up the below pop up box:
6) At the bottom of this pop up you will see the blue button 'Resend Invites To'. If you click on this button you will then see 2 options, 1 to reinvite this supplier/participant only and the other to resend invite to all that have not yet accepted your invite.
If you click on either one of these this will then send a new invite email:
