How to set the currency of an RFQ or Auction
What is the issue you're facing?
I am creating an RFQ and need to set the correct currency. How can I do this?
Solution
When creating your event create your RFQ or Auction as normal and you will see an option for the currency you would like your event to be setup with.
In the Default Currency drop down select the relevant currency for your event.
Notes
- By default this will be set to the currency you have setup within your profile
- If you take your event live and need to change this, so long as no supplier has made a bid you will be able to amend this. However if a supplier has made a bid you would need to delete any bids before you can amend this. You would then need to let the supplier know so that they can re-submit their bid in the newly selected currency.
