I am trying to understand, what does the supplier Onboarding Dashboard show and how can I understand?

Solution

This article aims to help translate the widgets within the Onboarding Dashboard page to help you as a host better understand the summary health of your supplier relationships and Onboarding.

The widgets consist of the following : 

Summary
- Shows the number of suppliers "In Progress", the number that are "Onboarding complete" and the number that are "on hold"

Invitations
- The number of suppliers that have accepted your invitation and a pie chart to display of those who have not responded to the invite what the reason for not responding is. This can include, the participant "not responding", "pending acceptance" of the invite, that the supplier "Declined the invitation" or that the email the supplier was invited via is invalid.

Submissions
- This shows the number of completed submissions made by those who have accepted the invitation to Onboard as a supplier. The pie chart next to this highlights the status of those who have not completed their submission, what status they are in. E.g. "Submission in progress", "re-submission in progress" or "Not submitted anything".

Scoring
- This shows the number of submissions that have been completed by the supplier that have then been scored. The pie chart in this widget displays of those submissions which are "Scoring in progress" or "submission not scored", the former means that scoring has begun on a submission that is complete where as the latter defines the number of submissions that are still to begin being scored.

SIM (supplier onboarding) Approval
- This shows the number of suppliers who have been approved. The pie chart displays the number of suppliers in a status of "Decision required" & "Pending approvals". "Decision required" is the system awaiting on a specified host authority to offer a final decision on a suppliers approval. "Pending approvals" is whereby a supplier has reached the approvals stage but not approvals have been made yet for this supplier.

Final Decisions
- Shows how many final decisions have been made. The pie chart in this widget shows the number of "decisions required",  the number of suppliers "on hold" and "rejected".

Expirations
- Shows the number of documents that are in a status of Expired or Expiring. This is presented in the form of a line chart that should show a total of how many of each there are at any one time.
