I have accidentally rejected a supplier

What's the issue you're facing?

I have accidentally rejected  a supplier in the Supplier Onboarding module, how do I change this?

Solution

If you need to undo a reject decision:

1. Log into your Market Dojo platform
2. Navigate to the Supplier Onboarding module
3. Click on the Participant Summary tab
4. Search for the supplier in question and click on them
5. Click on the Decisions tab
6. On the far right hand side you will see an 'Undo Rejection' button. Click on this. 

7. This will then give you a pop-up screen like the below where you can place any notes supporting your decision. 


8. If you click on the Decision Notification tab you can also decide on if you would like to notify the participant of your decision.
9. Once you are done click on the 'Confirm Decision' button.
